Annual Flag Retirement Ceremony is planned for June 14th at 6 pm at Sand Lake Pub on Highway 17 in Phelps. The VFW and AmVets Post #8400 will post the colors. You are invited to bring along any tattered flags you would like to retire. A pot luck supper will be served after the ceremony. If you choose, please bring a dish to pass.
