Vilas County Chamber Annual Dinner
Featuring Secretary of Tourism, Sara Meaney
The St. Germain Chamber will be hosting the annual Vilas County Chamber dinner at the Whitetail Inn on Tuesday, February 12 with featured speaker Secretary of Tourism, Sara Meaney. The Secretary will speak on the Future of Tourism in Wisconsin.
“We are very excited and extremely fortunate to welcome the Secretary as our speaker for the Annual Dinner. I encourage chamber members from within Vilas County as well as any interested public, to join us for an evening of meeting the new Secretary, and socializing with fellow business owners,” stated Penny Strom, Executive Director or the St. Germain Chamber and Secretary of the Vilas County Chamber.
The evening will begin at 6 pm with a cash bar and socializing, with dinner at 6:30 pm, followed by Secretary Meaney’s presentation. Dinner choices are Vegetarian Fresh Portabella, and vegetable olive oil sauté, served over wild rice pilaf. Oven baked Norwegian Salmon with a honey citrus glaze, potato, and vegetables or a 7oz beef tenderloin filet with burgundy wine sauce, potato, and vegetables. The cost is $25 per person. The Whitetail Inn is located at 9038 Hwy. 70 East, St. Germain.

The Vilas County Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization comprised of all twelve Chambers of Commerce within Vilas County and the Vilas County Tourism & Publicity Department that exists to explore and initiate appropriate, cooperative projects in which individual Chambers and other tourism-related entities within the county can participate. The organization strives to provide a conduit for the sharing of information among all members, promotes Vilas County as a tourism destination, encourages and promotes community and county improvement and seeks legislation which will further the interests of its members.
