The Phelps Public Library is hosting a fundraiser event at the Wavering Park pavilion on Saturday, June 28 from 4-8 pm. Local musicians will be performing country, blue grass, and rock. Concessions will be available. Raffle tickets will be available for various donated items and gift certificates at $1 a ticket or 6 for $5. All proceeds will benefit the Phelps Public Library.
