PHELPS SNOWMOBILE CLUB
Our Snowmobile Christmas Party will be on Tuesday, December 17th at Club 45. Information is enclosed. Please remember to R.S.V.P. to Debbie at ddryan@wildblue.net or call me at 715-545-3542 by December 9th.
Trail brushing is complete. Trails will be opening on December 17th, snow permitting.
The Snowmobile club was given some money by the Town of Phelps for marketing snowmobiling in our area. With the money we were able to purchase a billboard wrap, and advertising in the Action Tracks paper. By mid-December the wrap should be up on the billboard on Hwy 45, north of Eagle River, just before you turn east on Hwy 17. Action Tracks will be distributed 4 times during the winter season. Please check these out.
The Phelps Sophomore Class is having a Breakfast with Santa Fundraiser on Saturday, December 7th which includes a bake sale. They would like to have the snowmobile club to consider making some homemade baked goods. If you are interested in baking, you can drop off the baked goods at the Village Barber, Judy on Friday Dec. 6th or at school on Dec. 7th.
The Phelps Snowmobile Club will have a snowmobile benefit breakfast December 14th and 15th from 7:30 – 11:00am at the Sunrise Lodge, with proceeds for trail maintenance and grooming. When you go to Sunrise for breakfast, just mention that you are with the Phelps Snowmobile Club. All proceeds are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance to Sunrise Lodge for holding such a great event.
Save the Date for our great “Brat Fry in the Woods” February 15th and the clubs Spaghetti Feed on March 8th. As we move closer to the dates, more information will be coming.
Remember we have many tickets to sell for the Quilt Raffle. If you are interested in purchasing some tickets, please let me know.
